The roots of authentic Lammin Sahti have preserved an almost unchanged recipe through tradition to this day. As Finland's first small brewery and a pioneer in sahti brewing, Lammin Sahti has conquered the world for 40 years. The pioneer small brewery is dedicated to passing on beer culture from generation to generation and continues a valuable cultural tradition. Lammin Sahti is authentic Hämäläinen Sahti, also known as Hämeen Sahti.

Porter
A toasty, midnight black and delicious unfiltered porter. Lammin Porter is made from several different types of malt, entirely domestically, by Finland's oldest small brewery.

Wheat
A German-style wheat beer made using domestic barley and wheat malt. The taste features typical wheat beer aromas such as banana and clove.

Sahti
Lammin sahti is a dark, top fermented beer made from the best barley and rye malt using traditional methods. Juniper is used as a spice, which gives the sahti its fresh and original taste.

SAHTI often feels thick, rich and nutty in the mouth, sometimes even as thick as a milkshake. LIGHTER malts bring grain, bread, toffee, honey and caramel flavors to the sahit. Dark beer malt brings out hints of rye bread, malt and chocolate. UNMALTED grain brings out the rawer, grassier tones of the grain

Shelf life at 1-5 °C approx. 3 weeks. Sahti is a fresh product and requires an unbroken cold chain.

Spirit Of Sahti
Authentic Lammilainen SPIRIT OF SAHTI whisky is made in a microbrewery and matured in oak barrels. The name comes from its unique manufacturing process, which uses the best aromas of sahti. The manufacturing process guarantees the ecological nature of the product; the whisky is created purely from sahti and its after-wort. This way, the raw materials are best utilized.
